Evaluation

An understanding of the institution - it's philosophy, history and personality - is the most important component of a successful search. At HSC, we pride ourselves on our close relationships with our clients and our ability to suit potential candidates to the institution.

Profile

Working closely with our client, HSC creates a portrait of the ideal candidate - his/her skills, education, experience, and personal character. With an exclusive search contract, a written report is provided to verify that our analysis of the position is in keeping with our clients objectives. These clients also receive weekly reports detailing our search activities.

Search

HSC conducts a comprehensive, exhaustive search, combining file information, strategic advertising, and other sources at our disposal.

Screening

Qualified candidates are screened against the agreed-upon profile. HSC conducts preliminary interviews, verifies credentials, ascertain acceptability of the candidates, and continues other research activities until we have located the best possible candidates for our client.

Selection

Once our recommendations have been forwarded to our client, HSC acts in an intermediary capacity. And we assist in scheduling interviews, finalizing negotiations,and other transitional activities.
